Round Tables

As the purpose of the event is to connect Academia and Industry and especially the new generation of talent, the event will include in the afternoon Roundtables on hot topics that are relevant for students of that level:

• The transition from academia to industry

• The importance of soft skills in technical jobs

• Leveraging academic CVs to enter industry

• Networking & industrial recruitment

The idea is to have open discussions on these topics, which generally include many questions when you are a student and want to join the industrial world.

In addition to a session moderator, speakers from the morning scientific session will take part in the debate to share their experience during their recruitment and their transition to the industry.
